Privacy
Privacy notice on the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Sonogram Technologies S.r.l., Via Semonzetto, 33 - 31030 Borso del Grappa (TV), VAT no. 04584400248. For any request concerning your data, you can write to info@sonogramtechnologies.it.
What data we process
- Browsing data: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type, recorded in the technical server logs in order to operate the site and protect it. We do not use them to identify visitors to the site.
- Data you send us: the contact form does not transmit anything to the site; it prepares an email in your email program. If you send it, we process your name, company, role, email address, sector and the content of the message.
Why we process them
- To respond to enquiries and assess a pilot project together: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To ensure the operation and security of the site: legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
For how long and with whom
We keep contact enquiries for the time needed to handle them and to follow up on the relationships that arise from them; technical logs are kept for a limited period.
The data may be processed by the providers of the technical services we use, such as hosting and email, acting as data processors. We do not sell or disseminate them.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to info@sonogramtechnologies.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies
We do not use profiling, tracking or analytics cookies, whether our own or third-party. For this reason we do not ask you for any consent.
- Technical preference: in your browser we store only the fact that you have closed the cookie notice. It contains no personal data and is not transmitted.
- Resources: fonts, images and animations are served by the site itself, with no calls to external services while you browse.
- External links: links to LinkedIn take you to another site, which applies its own privacy and cookie rules.
If in future we introduce analytics tools or non-technical cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent before activating them.
Artificial intelligence
Transparency on the use of artificial intelligence
In line with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
On this site
- There are no chatbots or other artificial intelligence systems that interact with visitors to the site.
- We do not take automated decisions and we do not profile visitors.
Content and images
- The spectrogram and the animations are illustrative representations created synthetically: they are not real recordings or customer data.
- The site was built partly with the support of artificial intelligence tools. Texts and content are reviewed and approved by the Sonogram team, which has editorial responsibility for them.
The BB-S system
BB-S includes artificial intelligence modules (BB-AI) for the analysis of acoustic data. Their outputs are indicators that support human decisions, and are to be verified.
Information on the operation, intended use and limitations of the system is provided to customers and partners as part of each project.
